استقبل السيد رئيس مجلس محافظة بغداد، عمار الحمداني، معالي رئيس ديوان الرقابة المالية الاتحادي، الدكتور عمار صبحي خلف، في لقاء رسمي تناول سبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك بين المجلس والديوان.
وجرى خلال اللقاء مناقشة الدور الرقابي الذي يضطلع به رئيس وأعضاء مجلس محافظة بغداد، وضرورة تفعيله بما ينسجم مع معايير الشفافية والمساءلة، ويسهم في متابعة الأداء المالي والإداري لمؤسسات الدولة داخل المحافظة.
كما أكد الجانبان على أهمية التكامل بين الجهود الرقابية على المستويين المحلي والاتحادي، بما يدعم مسار الإصلاح ويعزز ثقة المواطن بالمؤسسات الحكومية.

Mr. Ammar Al-Hamdani, Chairman of the Baghdad Provincial Council, received His Excellency Dr. Ammar Subhi Khalaf, President of the Federal Board of Supreme Audit, in an official meeting focused on strengthening cooperation between the Council and the Audit Bureau.
The meeting addressed the oversight role of the Chairman and members of the Baghdad Provincial Council and emphasized the importance of enhancing this role in alignment with standards of transparency and accountability to effectively monitor the financial and administrative performance of government institutions in the province.
Both parties highlighted the significance of integrating oversight efforts at both the local and federal levels to support reform initiatives and reinforce public trust in governmental institutions.
